First I would like to say how amazing all of my class mates are and how much I respect them as actors. lol However they are characters, myself included, I mean we could literally bring in a video camera and make an extremely interesting sitcom. We have the fast talking little one, the wise advisor, the mother, the random yell er, the teenage boys, the wizard, the girl who lives in her head, the slick talker, Skelly, and much more!! Today we worked on the set, we built and created a set that was cohesive for our piece, something that was simple enough to add to our show and not distract from the story. Today went much better since Scott was in class actually helping to mediate our discussion and building. I enjoyed class today I think that we worked together well, we worked well giving and taking the leadership and following as well. A great leader is someone who can follow as well as lead, something that I've learner about myself is that generally I follow in group situations but I enjoying giving input and being a part of the process. If I have to lead I don't mind at all because I enjoy leading I just don't know how to do both in one environment, I have to do one or the other. I also noticed that most of the huge facts were main events as well, if we have a main event it must be a fact, or at least I think so. Okay I am leaving you with some video's from shows that had interesting sets enjoy. The set in a show is extremely important and as an actor you should know how to properly build a set.
Video 1 Permutations from Colored Museum had one important piece to the set and that was the giant egg that she was sitting on. This just helps me to understand this statement "If it's not significant to you telling the story then you don't need it" ~ unknown I agree with this statement, if you know your objective in a scene and it's very clear then you are able to determine if this set or prop will help you in getting what you want and help you tell the story.

However if you notice, the entire set isn't being used for 90 percent of the scene so a simplified set could work as well.

Today trust in the Lord and be obedient!! Know that he is God and stand firm in his power not yours but he's. In the mist of adversity we have two choices, to either grow or give up!! Today I decided that I'm going to grow, this moment in my life will not define me. My mistakes will not stop me from reaching my destiny and pleasing God!!! God never promised that we wouldn't go through pain in fact he says in 1 Peter 4:12-18 "Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trail when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice as you share in Christ sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the spirit of glory and of God rests upon you." If we are in Christ we will have struggles and obstacles but he also promised in Revelations that he will come and restore the earth and all things will be made new!!! (Paraphrasing) So good people trust the Lord through it all!!! You have no choice but to succeed, quiting is not an option because Christ never gives up on us!!! Be blessed my good people!! :) Join me as I shake off all of the things that have me bound and afraid and take hold of the Lords hand as he guides me!!! :)

Spiritual battles don't get won by those who aren't willing to fight. Ephesians 6 declare that we must 1. Be Strong 2. Put on god's armor (thats the word of GOD) and 3. Stand firm. Don't quit because if we give up that means God can't use us to advance the kingdom!!!! Stand strong and trust that when you get tired God will give you the strength to go the distance!!!
